The Waterstone assisted living facility is a four level, 220,000 square foot podium structure with a three level prefabricated cold form bearing wall structure constructed on a one level steel frame and concrete slab. Modern Structural Engineering engineered the prefabricated bearing wall structure in conjunction with Network Framing Solutions.
